Vista Tutoring

I grew up asking, "Why?" and I haven't stopped since. That love that I have for learning and understanding blossomed and grew into a passion for my students to learn and understand too. I am committed to coming alongside my students and helping those "Aha!" moments happen... hopefully while having some fun along the way. English doesn't have to be a misery or a mystery, I promise. So let's go discover it together. 

I graduated with a B.A. in English from Thomas Edison State University when I was 19-years old. Shortly thereafter I was certified in TESOL. Since 2008, I have taught and tutored English to refugees, international students, Kindergarten students, college students, and just about everything in between. 

My students are my highlight. Seeing them light up when they grasp a concept...cheering them on as they surpass their goals and overcome obstacles...watching them grow and discover in ways that they are uniquely designed to do... it makes my day every. single. time.
