I have been a reading tutor for 10+ years. I take pride in providing evidence based Reading and Language instruction to people of all ages. I have a passion for teaching and strive to provide high quality reading instructions using phonics and Orton-Gillingham instruction techniques.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I evaluate the students needs by completing an informal evaluation, gathering information from caregivers and the students themselves. I then create a plan to work on the students individual goals. I typically see my students 1-2x per week. I provide carryover exercises for home practice after the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in Speech Language Pathology and have completed additional training and course work in reading instruction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I typically charge $45 for a 30 minute session and $90 for an hour long session.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have experience working with students of all ages. I have a strong passion for working with preschool and elementary age students.
