I am a solo college kid who loves talking to people one-on-one and helping people in any way I can.. i just like talking to people and I love helping anyone and everyone learn and see new things. I'm a Junior at CU Boulder studying history and philosophy with the intent to go into Law school afterwards. Other than history and Philosophy, I am also proficient in mathmatics up to Calculus 2 and physics up to the college level General Physics 2. I am also proficient in Spanish and am conversational.
I remember when I was young, I had an excellent teacher who helped me really find the love i have for learning, and I want to be able to hopefully help other people in the way I was helped.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First thing I always do with my new students is to establish an amiable relationship between me and the new student. I feel it is hard to talk to someone, especially tutoring, if you are unable to talk to the student as a friend. I love having genuine conversations and I actually think learning can be a lot of fun, if it's done right.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a standard pricing system. But I would generally charge $20-30 depending on how rigerous the class is.
How did you get started teaching?
I needed a good job to help me get through college, and I also love helping and connecting with other people on a daily basis.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
All subjects are more fun when you can be excited and having fun while learning so I would reccomend looking for a teacher that clicks with you very well and one that you can get along with.
