Andy Cross Math Tutoring
About
I think that math is one of the most critical aspects to succeeding in life. I also think that math can be scary and difficult, and I really wish that someone had shown me that math doesnt have to be scary or difficult when I was a kid. I'm not a certified tutor, but I have come to love math through a lot of effort and believe that anyone can come to understand math and gain the same sort of appreciation for it that I have.
I'm currently enrolled in Calc 2, Chem 2 and Physics with the intention of going to The School of Mines for a graduate degree. I have a degree from Colorado State University in Natural Resources with a minor in French and have a fair bit of experience working with kids from when I taught rock climbing up in Fort Collins, and having informally tutored my friends kids in math and french.
I really enjoy working with people and sharing the knowledge that I have found to be so impactful and useful in my life, and look forward to working with you!
