*I've been assisting students from all levels with Mathematics and Chemistry for a long time. I developed a passion for teaching ever since I was in high school when I used to teach my siblings. However, my professional tutoring experience first started in 2016 when I worked as a Tutor in my community college's student center. After graduation, I worked as a Tutor, through a tutoring agency and privately, for two years.
*I have the ability to develop well-structured lessons with challenging, measurable objectives and appropriate student engagement strategies, pacing, sequence, activities, materials, resources, technologies, and grouping. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
*The structure of any tutoring session is of prime importance. I firmly believe that a well-structured lesson brings the most out of the student, thus producing outstanding achievements!
*My well-structured lessons are a result of high level communication, which include but not limited to:
- Discussing with students and setting the ultimate goals students want to achieve by the end of all tutoring sessions.
- Describing the specific knowledge and ability the student would have acquired after all tutoring sessions.
- Briefly introducing what the student will be learning throughout the course of their sessions.
- Describing how my lesson plan aligns with the curriculum that the student is learning at school.
- Describing how my teaching style and sessions plan are tailored to meet the needs of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Manufacturing Engineer in the Aerospace industry. I have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from CSULB. I am currently doing my M.S. in Engineering Management from CPP. Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$50/hr. Rate is different for exams and tests. Rate might also differ, sometimes, based on the commute.

I developed a passion for teaching ever since I was in high school when I was teaching my siblings. I realized how much I love teaching as time passed.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire a tutor who's not only passionate, but someone who adaptes to different learning styles, genuinely cares about futures, and is able to ignite minds. Look for someone who can bring the best out of their students.
