They have a process to assess the students and then create a custom plan for them. My student was hesitant in going to a tutor, but Mathnasium has been very supportive and they dont make him feel dumb. He is enjoying going to Mathnasium now and I can see his confidence level improving in Math.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We first conduct a written and oral assessment to understand where the student is with their math skills. We then develop custom learning plan for each student. We use our own materials to teach and practice the concepts. We re-assess the students once they have completed the concepts to see the progress they have made.
