About
I am a math teacher at a homeschool academy, so I have access to K-8 curriculum resources. I have been a math teacher for 8 years, and I've taught Pre-algebra (6th grade) through Algebra 2 (10th grade).
I graduated from the Sacramento State Teacher Education Program in 2012, received my Teaching Credential from University of CA, Davis in 2013, and completed my masters in Math Education at UC Davis in 2014. I was Math Department Head for 4 years before switching to our charter's homeschool academy.
I love math, and enjoy helping others who are struggling to understand it better. I credit myself with being able to help students pinpoint their struggles and give them strategies for succeeding.
