About
I have been a stay-at-home mom for the past 16 years. As a result, I have been able to educate my children in a variety of ways, one of which was to home school for 2 years. While homeschooling, I was able to master many of the common core math techniques being taught in the classroom. I am very patient and I love coming up with innovative approaches to tutoring children that best match their learning style.
I enjoy seeing the transformation of a child's self-esteem when they can finally do math with confidence.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My first session is FREE! I like to give the parent and child an opportunity to determine if I am a good fit for them. Thereafter, we'll decide the length of each tutoring session. Each child is different and I am more than willing to accommodate a schedule that works best for their active learning attention span.
