Richard was very informative when he was explaining to me about certain math concepts. He was very patient and knowledgeable which made math less difficult for me to understand.
After asking the client what they would like tutoring in and where they seem to have issues, I give them a free assessment. This will highlight to me as well as the client where they may have weakenesses and mark their strengths. After pinpointing these things, I tailor our future lessons to focus more on the weaknesses to build a better foundation. After we have reached the end of our tutoring I give another assessment to prove a better understanding and application of the topics.
