About
I'm a senior in high school who loves learning, and I wanted to help others learn as well. I've tutored at my local library for years, and in the age of corona- decided it was time to go digital. I have a 4.7 GPA, and have made honor roll every semester of high school thus far. I have also taken and aced, AP Human Geography, AP World History, and AP US History.
I love that I have the potential to make a difference in someone's life. Oftentimes people are capable of much more than they know, and it's amazing that I get to be a part of helping them realize that. Many children lose motivation for school because of outsider factors and start to feel discourage when their grades drop. I like to reassure them that if they study hard, they will understand the subject and get a better grade. Everyone is capable of excellence.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process for working with a new student generally begins with discussing with the student and parent, to create a set of goals and a specialized plan of action to achieve said goals. This includes pre and post session communication to keep track of progress and reasses if necessary
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of tutoring experience at my local library and two younger brothers who i've been tutoring since they started school. Throughout my academic career, I have been an overachieving student and am more than proficient in all areas that I tutor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
22$/hour
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The best advice I could give would be to find a teacher that understands how you learn. Sometimes the people who are the most advanced in a subject make the worst teachers because they don't understand the level at which a student thinks. It's important to find someone who can adapt and teach the way your child learns
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is the best way that I can help you to best utilize our time together?
