About
I am 16 years old. I can relate to children needing help in math much more than any adult could. I really want people to enjoy learning math, as this will help them get it more in the future.
Although I am a high school student, I also take about two college courses a semester at San Joaquin Delta College. I am a huge nerd. I enjoy reading and playing video games.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know the student is always my first step. What they do in their free time, how they are doing in school, etc. Then we would get into a current assignment that is outstanding that they help on. This is so I can see how they are trying to solve the problem and where they are going wrong. If they aren't understanding most of it, I'll probably ask them for their textbook and I can try to reteach the lessons they are struggling on. From there, it depends on the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school/ college student. I am currently taking precalculus and plan on continuing with my math courses. I have already taken many Algebra classes and did extremely well in them.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge twelve dollars an hour. This price stays the same for any number of hours or sessions.
What types of students have you worked with?
I typically work with students younger than me and that need help in math.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just ask questions. You want to know who it is you are talking to and/paying.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Is there a specific topic/chapter/lesson you are stumped on?
