I am calm, patient and understanding. Reading can be frustrating and tedious for anyone when they are first learning, no matter what age you are. However, we go at your individual pace until you're comfortable with a skill and then build on that until you no longer need me.

Very patient with students, very knowledgeable with all schools curriculum. Easy going and sweet. Help my son with his reading. He was unable to read started at kindergarten level now he reads at 3rd grade level

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to speak with them and the parents to get an understanding of strengths and struggles. This way we can establish a goal and make a plan to accomplish that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* Cerritos College 2015 - Creative Writing Degree and 15yrs tutoring experience and 3yrs teaching experience (Homeschool)
