About
As the founder of a nonprofit dedicated to improving literacy levels, I know that writing and reading comprehension skills are essential. I am driven by a passion for storytelling, and have experience working with kids and teens of all ages. My goal is to create a comfortable and engaging environment that will promote an enthusiasm for learning. In a world where reading and writing are at the center of communication and creativity, everyone deserves to feel confident in their skills.
I love to see my student's excitement as their confidence grows, and the beautiful results of their learning. My writing and performance students create compelling stories, and my reading and literature students discover a love for the written word. It's a brilliant process to be a part of.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a college sophomore, working toward a BFA in Performing Arts and minors in English, Creative Writing, and Cognitive Science. I have worked professionally as a freelance writer and editor, and have worked with kids and teens through my nonprofit for four years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My lessons are $40/hr. Lessons are tailored to each student to best suit the way they learn and their individual goals.
