I take time to make sure the student completely understands what we have gone over, and how we arrived at the finished product. It is important to provide them learning tools to remember the lessons. I am passionate about teaching others to improve their English skills. As for my education, I hold a degree in English and Social Work; so I am not only skilled in English, but I am compassionate and caring as well. I have been teaching and tutoring English for over 20 years. I have worked with K-12 children teaching basic English skills and Fine Arts. In addition, I have also worked as a college English tutor in the Learning Skills and Writing Centers.

I enjoy teaching English, and sharing literature and othe fine arts with students. It is rewarding when a student fully understands and enjoys the English concepts that will help them, not only in the classroom, but also serve them in other real life situations.
