Jonathan Shamwana

I studied at Minerva University, a program in which we study in a different country each semester! From India to Argentina, I have experience teaching people of diverse cultural backgrounds and goals. But one thing remains consistent in my teaching style: it's active and project-based. That is, I'll never speak AT you for five minutes straight and just expect you to absorb it; we'll learn through conversation, debate, and activities. And all of our sessions will work towards a capstone project, where you'll be able to let your new skills flourish. Lastly, while I have experience prepping students for standardized tests, I also love imparting my lessons from practical experiences. From working as a product manager at Google to an independent filmmaker, I can help you turn theory into practice. I look forward to learning with you!
