About
I graduated from the University of San Diego in 2018 where I majored in biology and minored in chemistry. I have a strong background in science and math but also enjoy teaching english, reading and writing. I am a visual learner myself and try to bring that approach to my teaching. I believe in creating an open learning enviroment so that the student feels heard, and can access the best tools and knowledge to achieve their academic goals.
I am incredibly passionate about educating the youth and feel immense excitement and gratitude when my students realize their full potential and meet their goals.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know the student first, their likes/dislikes, strenghts/weaknesses and their goals as a student. I can then compare my own goals and strenghts/weaknesses as a teacher, to decifer the best process of learning. I prefer to approach the academic challenges the student encounters as a team. I intend to provide the student with the best knowledge, tools and advice so that they can feel confident in their academic skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
