I am a caring and motivated teacher assistant with 6+ years of classroom experience. I am recognized for my excellent communication skills and ability to manage and enthusiastically engage with classes of 30+ students in a diverse environment. I have experience in substitute teaching, tutoring, and instruction to individual and small groups of students with behavioral challenges and learning disabilities in a classroom and through distance learning. I am exceptional at increasing student participation and motivation in learning through engaging lessons and activities. I am deeply committed to providing creative, high-quality educational materials, and superior instructional support to create the best educational environment.
