ExtraOrdinary Arts : Life Span Learning Through Creative Connections
About
Throughout my carreer as an Educator, I have always worked with students who need " a little something extra". For examle, while home schooling my daughter, we found ways for her to learn hands on science- exploring nature, making our movies, and art about what she discovered. I also served as a teaching artist for at risk youth- working with ways to engage students, empowering them towards self expression. We eneded up doing. a community art project, and painting a utility box outside their school. I am an out of the box thinking, patient and have worked with a vareity age groups from almost every back ground.
I love seeing students discover new skills. I love finding new ways to empower people.
