About
After scoring in the 95th percentile on the SAT and graduating from a competetive high-school as Valedictorian, I received a significant academic scholarship to a prestegious Catholic university in Southern California. Throughout high-school and my first few years of college, I tutored other students in subjects including, but not limited to the following; english, SAT prep, writing, mathematics (up to algebra level), and reading. The students I have tutored all increased their grades in their respective courses by one to two letter grades.
Having achieved great academic merrits myself, I am enthusiastic when it comes to helping other students achieve the same, or similar results. I understand that students have various preferred styles of learning. I have worked with students from K-12th grades, from various cultural, social and economic backgrounds, and thus, I enjoy being able to tailor each student's learning experience to best-benefit his/her academic goal(s). There's nothing better than seeing a student's hard work and dedication pay off!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every students' needs are unique. My proces of working with a new student is to, first, set up a time to discuss a student's academic needs and goals, and set specific dates/times for our regular facetime and/or zoom tutoring sessions. After this, depending on any given student's specific goals, we will either work through homework/assingments that were distributed in class, in a more thorough manner, or work specifically on a student's particular goal (ie. such as SAT prep).
