About

The program is run by a qualified and responsible teen. Joshua has a strong passion for math. His academics are very strong, and he runs his own Math club (class) officially since 2018 teaching his peers on Algebra and other advanced and beginner level Math. He’s also been teaching math to his siblings and friends since 2015.

His hobbies and interests are in robot building and aeronautical engineering and he loves to talk and share his subject knowledge with any children and loves to inspire them to persuade more into the subject. Joshua has also won couple of awards and trophies. He was awarded the California chess championship when he was 5 yrs, and won the 2nd place in San Mateo County STEM Fair and was selected for the CA state fair which led him to the National Science Fair. Joshua is “A” student in Math and has finished all college math in his 11th grade.

About the program: We don't just advance your child to the next level of mathematics. We make sure their schoolwork comes first before anything and that they understand the materials beforehand. All my students, even students who have learning disabilities, have gotten a higher score report in math.

Frequently asked questions

Math: Our program begins by administering a test on the first day to assess each student's skill level. Using their scores as a guide, our program designs a tailored curriculum that enables them to grasp the concepts and progress efficiently. If the student is particularly just interested in homework help, our center also provides students a deeper understanding with their assigned work. STEM (Drone Robotics): Our program sorts students by grade level and sets them a challenging task: building their own drone while gaining a deep understanding of the technology behind it. To learn more about session dates, please get in touch with our tutoring center.
I have a strong foundation in math and science, as well as leadership and communication skills, which are all highly relevant to many STEM-related fields. Specifically, completing Calculus 3 as a high school junior demonstrates my advanced mathematical skills, which are essential in fields such as engineering, aerospace, and data science. My nomination for a National STEM fair showcases my passion for science and my ability to apply my knowledge to real-world problems. This experience has likely equipped me with critical thinking and problem-solving skills that are valuable in many STEM-related professions. Furthermore, my leadership of the biggest STEM club at Design Tech with over 40 members highlights my excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, which are all highly valued in many work settings. Overall, my education and training experiences suggest that I am well-prepared for a variety of STEM-related careers, including but not limited to engineering, data analysis, and scientific research.
Math: Please note, the fees listed below DO NOT cover the lab fees. Lab Fees are around $20-$40 depending on the textbook and how fast your child finishes.
