What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1) Meet with parents and student to discuss needs, hours, and reinbursement
2) One on one session with student then a follow up debrief with parent to discuss if it will be a good fit.
3) Regularly scheduled sessions and regular check-ins with parent(s) to see if the need is still there
