What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will talk to them about what they're struggling with and what they feel confident in, and what they are working on in school. The first session will be focused on getting to know the student and figure out what they need to improve on. Then I will make a plan of action and in following sessions help them improve in areas of struggle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school with a 4.2 GPA while playing football, and earned 4s and 5s on every AP test I took, including English Language, English Literature, and AP Computer Science. I am currently a Computer Science Major at Chapman University.
