About
Hello! I have been tutoring for 6+ years, specializing in STEM subjects. I am a biomedical engineer who has been working in the industry for 3+ years and am more than happy to provide insight for students interested in engineering. I adapt my teaching styles to each student's needs and take an individualized approach.
I provide my students with study techniques that will not only improve their grades but also their confidence when it comes to studying! My goal is for the student to learn how to study/learn independently. I have experience working with those who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, etc.
I love teaching and helping those on their academic journey, look forward to hearing from you!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a few questions that I ask the new students so I can get a better understanding of what they are struggling with and how they learn best. Questions include (but are not limited to): What are you currently struggling with? Do you understand the way your teacher teaches the subject? What are your goals for the semester? What would you like to get out of these tutoring sessions? Do you need help understanding the subject or do need help with developing better study habits? The answers to these questions help me understand where the student is struggling. I am then able to develop an effective studying/teaching method to ensure the best results!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a biomedical engineer with over 3 years of industry experience and have been tutoring for 6+ years. I specialize in STEM subjects and have taught at all grade levels. References are available upon request!
