About

I am graduating in May of 2020 with my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in mathematics. I plan on becoming a middle or high school math teacher in the next few years. I have over 100 hours of volunteer experience in elementary, middle, and high school classrooms. I also have 3 years of experience tutoring middle and high school math students. My service stands out because I offer to tutor and help in the field of mathematics. I am well-rounded and able to work with students at all levels K-12.

I enjoy tutoring because I have a passion for mathematics and for education. I believe education is a determining factor in a student's success. I also know that math can be challenging and I strive to break confusing concepts down to ensure that my students develop a fluent understanding of the math they are doing.
