What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process with working with a new student is to help you understand concepts starting from math principles you already know. This means I make sure that you understand the concepts behind a question before we jump into the general question itself. This helps us have a good understanding of where I can provide the most value and help you pick up concepts and apply them succesfully, even when working on your own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintained a 3.7 average GPA in College Maths all the way up until Calculus 2, and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from University of California, San Diego in 2017.

How did you get started teaching?
I started tutoring math at my community college in Seattle, Washington; back in 2013. Since then, I have been passionate about helping students take on science and engineering classes, and ace their assignments and finals.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with mostly college students, and interested to work with younger students to encourage them to attend college and look into careers in science, technology and engineering.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a tutor you enjoy learning with!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Try to solve a question first, as far as you can, and be able to explain what you are not sure about within the question.
