What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will first figure out how much the stand knows and what their intersets are. I will build upon what they already know and ask them questions to try and get them to discover what they need to know to understand the subject.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I tutored my friends all throughout highschool in Algebra, pre-calculus, geometry, AP Physics, AP Bio, AP Calc AB, and AP Calc BC. I am currently attending the University of California Berkeley and majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science one of the hardest majors in the University.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when I was teaching my friends in classes. They would always come to me when they got stuck on something and it felt really nice helping them get through that road block.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students from middle school to highschool
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My friend was studying for an exam and thought that quantum algorithms were too difficult of a topic and had already given up on trying to understand them. I explained them to him in a matter of minutes and it was nice to be able to explain it to him very quickly.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for teachers who have a passion for what they are teaching!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
A student should come with questions that they do not know the answers to.
