Raffi tutored me for 3 semesters in calc, stats, and microeconomics. He was very patient and I enjoyed working with him. He never rushed me but wanted me to learn. He even answered questions for me outside of our sessions which saved me during midterms and finals.

I was tutored by Raffi for single variable calculus 2 and I went from a B- / C+ grade to an A. I always copied solutions for homework until I hired Raffi, he helped me not only learn the material, but actually grow to enjoy it. I cant recommend him enough and I will be using him again next semester for multivariable and probability statistics.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will first gauge the student's current progress and understanding of the material with a focus in where the difficulties lie. I will then try to teach the material from a more simplified approach to ensure the concepts are mastered before solving problems together then soley by the student with my guidance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third year at the University of California Berkeley majoring in both Economics and Mathematics giving me a very solid mastery and understanding of mathematical topics up to and including MultiVariable Calculus.
