I have always enjoyed teaching and feel its necessary there be other mean of obtaining a quality education. Nowadays that the school system has become very toxic and its impossible to remove "bad" teachers from their position therefore I think its a great advantage to be able to offer the help that a student may need outside of the traditional school system.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For new students I require to meet in a public area whether that be a library or cafe of the students choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm am currently working towards my teaching certoficate, but I have been tutoring at my university and my high school for the past 6 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing may vary between 20-30 dollars and hour depending on the exact area and supplies needed for each session. I give discounts to those who book multiple hours in advance. IF you are in a difficult financial situation and would still like to be tutored please contact me so we can work something out.
How did you get started teaching?
I started tutoring my freshman year in high school and have continued through any means possible. Teaching has always been my passion and I've always wanted to be a teacher. While at my first college I tutored a small group of international students in English language and trely fell in love with the art form.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with a wide array of students from elementary through college level. I've taught international students and other who may have trouble grasping the language.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a tutor that works for you. Don't settle. Some teaching methods may not work for everyone and the goal is to make sure students can get the very best education they can.
