About
Hello, I’m Anna! I have approximately three years of experience working in academic and student-focused environments, and I truly love helping students discover that learning can be both meaningful and fun.
I’ve worked with American Outdoor Education as a cabin leader, where I taught science lessons, assisted with schoolwork, and collaborated with teachers and principals to encourage students to enjoy learning and explore new ideas. I also served as a program leader with Think Together, guiding students in math, English, science, history, art, and physical activities. In addition, I’ve volunteered in a STEM class and currently teach in a Sunday school program.
Throughout my experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with students who have a variety of learning needs, including dyslexia, autism, ADHD, and ADD. These opportunities have strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to adapt lessons for every learner.
I strive to make education hands-on, engaging, and encouraging. My goal is to help students not only understand the material but also gain confidence and joy in their ability to learn and grow.
