I have a diverse educational background and extensive hands-on experience working with students in various educational settings. My journey into tutoring started with after-school tutoring sessions, where I provided academic support to elementary and middle school students struggling with mathematics and reading. Over the past three years, I've expanded into private tutoring, working closely with students across different grades and abilities. Additionally, I began my career as a Special Education Instructional Aide, where I developed a deep understanding of individualized learning strategies and techniques tailored to students with diverse needs. Following this, I served as an Assistant Teacher for a middle school math class, honing my skills in curriculum implementation and classroom management. My approach combines formal education in special education practices with practical insights gained from direct tutoring experience. In every tutoring session, I aim to help develop a student’s confidence by guiding them toward tangible results and providing strategies to apply skills independently. I work closely with parents and am always open to feedback to ensure cohesive support for each student.
