As a Paraprofessional of 4+ years that is also working on becoming a math teacher for secondary school I have always tried my best to make sure math was never to hard while also pushing to make sure the students I worked with didn't just take easy ways out of actually learning the material. I have always worked to try and never let myself forget the material and keep practicing when I can so that I can always help people. I will try to always adapt a learning process to fit the client so that it will properly click.
