ELEVATE

I am a recent graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a strong foundation in child development, learning, and behavior. Throughout the past several years, I have worked with elementary and middle school students in both virtual and in-person settings, tutoring a wide range of subjects including reading, writing, math, phonics, grammar, vocabulary, and study skills. My experience includes working one-on-one with students of varying abilities, including neurodivergent learners, creating individualized lesson plans, helping students prepare for exams, reinforce classroom material, and build strong academic foundations.

In addition to my formal tutoring experience, I have worked closely with families to monitor student progress, communicate learning goals, and adapt lessons to each child's unique needs and learning style. I believe every student learns differently, and I strive to create engaging, encouraging lessons that make learning enjoyable while helping students develop confidence in their abilities.

My goal as a tutor is not only to help students improve their grades and master challenging concepts, but also to foster independence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning. I want both students and parents to see meaningful academic growth while ensuring every child leaves each session feeling more confident and excited to tackle new challenges.
