I have been working as a tutor for several years now and have absolutely enjoyed it. I am proud to say that I have helped many failing students achieve beyond their expectations and lead a path to success. I am currently a college student enrolled at Cal Poly Pomona with a transfer plan in place to move to UC Davis. My experience with my subjects goes as far as advanced college composition for english and Calculus BC for math.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The best way to start is by assessing the student's skill level through questions and recent work or assignments if possible. I want to first make sure the student is prepared for the school's cirriculum above all else.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school graduate currently attending California State Polytechnic University (otherwise known as Cal Poly Pomona) and am planning on transferring into a UC program with a major in business administration.
As for my tutoring experience, I have been working as a helper/teacher since high school with peer tutoring. Since then, I've expanded my reach to a wider range of students and have been doing so for about 3 years now.

Typically my normal price is $35/hr. However, we can negotiate and find the best plan for you!
