Hi! My Name is Patrick Delgado. I am college graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology and received a BS in Political Science. I have tutored on and off over the years and have enjoyed it from the very beginning. I enjoy subjects like English, Humanities, and other subjects that require reading comprehension. I can help you perfect your writing skills and hone in on your reading comprehension skills. I will ensure that students understand their reading assignments.
I enjoy teaching and instruction. I am an Eagle Scout and part time Assistant Scoutmaster. I want to ensure that whatever instruction is provided that the student understands in terms that can be broken down and understood by the student.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to understand the level of proficiency the student has in reading comprehension. First, I would begin by speaking with the student and engage in a formal conversation and gauge his level of thought. I want to know what areas they would find difficult or what they find 'boring' and fix it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Political Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
