What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will see what the child need helps with, test him with some practice problems and see what are their strengths, then and weaknesses, then from there, we will work together in bettering them.

How did you get started teaching?
I like to help kids really understand math and fully grasp the content. So i started helping younger children with it and it wasn't a burden for me.
