What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Create a study plan to stay on track with upcoming assignments and exams. Then to follow, adjust, and execute that plan to best suit the student using a variate of organizational techniques and study habits, supplemented with as much 'one on one' helped wanted or required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the following math courses;
Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, Precal, AP Calc AB and BC, Calculus 1, 2, and 3, And lastly differential equations.
I currently tutor Precal and Algebra II and enjoy watching students grow and succeed.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rate is $15 per hour
How did you get started teaching?
Helping my friends and family with their math assignments realizing I enjoyed it and would love to tutor for anyone in need.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My sophomore student in precal was able to achieve a grade much higher than what she thought was capable. This gave her a huge confidence boost!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
There are no bad questions so ask as many as you can and express any concerns you have. Make sure the time spent is structured and organized and has a clear path to achieving goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Is it relevant to the topic being taught?
Could I answer the question on my own?
Does it add to or boost my understanding of the topic?
Students should never be afraid to ask questions!
