It is essential to develop a children's confidence, perseverance and ability to face difficulties. It will help them become a stronger person in the future.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Experience and education are important, but it is more important for students to understand their educational value and teaching methods.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I believe all students should let the teachers know about their needs immediately. It is the responsibility of a tutor/teacher to help the student to solve the problems/questions during the tutoring session. If the student feels confused or having any pressure in the session, they should let their tutor know about it immediately. The feelings of a student are important during a session.
