Multi-Subject Tutor

We are a group of three like-minded individuals, each with our own unique set of skills.

Maria is currently attending university and taking classes in cultural anthropology and Spanish to be able to receive her BA in International Studies. She is fluent in conversational Spanish and well versed in the basics, as well as taking more classes to refine her skill in the language. She hopes to be a middle school teacher in the future and works well with students of all ages.

Brittany is a 26-year-old med student who majored in medical biology and international relations with an emphasis on African studies. She is able to help in all things medical, science, foreign policy/relations, and also in motivation. She looks forward to helping all ages and will work hard to nurture and support interests in science and the world around us.

Isaac is a Political Science major and working towards his bachelor's degree so that he can become a history and social science teacher for high school students. He has been a tutor for college students in a wide array of subjects such as ESL, Writing, American Government, History, Statistics, Geography, and others. He has previous experience working with kids on the ASD spectrum, as well as kids who need extra patience and work.

We love it when our students have a-ha! moment when they finally understand the concept we've been working on. Helping someone pass a class, test, or subject they were previously unsure about is extremely satisfying and we love to nurture that moment to help students find their own passion for learning.
