Integral Tutoring

I value the importance of creating a safe learning environment for the growth of each student. I listen well to the needs of the student and regularly check for understanding to inform instruction. At the end of each session, I would like to recommend additional practice problems if needed to gain mastery. I currently teach at a public high school. I have completed over 1000 hours of tutoring experience at an educational service company in the North Orange County area of Southern California. I tutor the following subjects: SAT Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, AP Calculus AB, AP Physics, AP Chemistry.

Teaching is where my passion for education and my compassion for others meet the needs of the world. I graduated with a degree in Physical Science with a Mathematics Minor from Biola University, because I love the way that math informs our understanding of science. I believe that the educational field is an incredibly enriching place to participate in and that academic growth parallels character growth.
