My passion is to bring awareness and understanding to the student. I hope to empower students with useful tools in English writing, reading, comprehension and discernment. I have been a Professor for over four decades. I earned a Masters Degree in Psychology and a Ph.D in Religion and Philosophy. I am a published author I have written numerous articles.
Seeing students progress and improve at all levels of English communication. When a person communicates well, there is a sense of empowerment and satisfaction that is very rewarding and uplifting to the spirit. I try to support those qualities as best as I am able as a tutor.

I have been an editor of hundreds of Ph.D dissertations and Master Thesis. I have a fine understanding of the English language and I feel I can help a student become more proficient in their articulation of ideas via writing and speaking.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I usually charge $75 an hour for students in grades 9-12.
For older students -Freshman in college to Seniors, I charge $100 an hour
For Masters or Ph.D students I charge $125-$150 an hour depending on the level of complexity.
How did you get started teaching?
I always dreamed about an academic life and fullfilled my dream.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types of students, young and old from all various cultures and traditions. I adore them all.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Giving a lecture to a large group of students in a lecture hall where you could hear a pin drop. The students attention to every word was stunning.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You will succeed, with effort and faith in yourself, you will achieve your goal.

What are the difficulties they feel they are having and what do they feel is their solution.
