What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to know them on a semi-personal level. I find it helpful to know someone, that was it's easier to undertand their strengths of the subject, as well as their weaknesses of the subject. Everyone understands things differently, so its important to make sure the student learns the material in a way they understand it.
