I am a Mathematics (Education) student pursuing my bachelors at Arizona State University. I am currently a junior and have been taking specialized courses for the past 3 years about teaching mathematics to secondary education students. I am also well versed in many college-level topics.
I have worked as a private tutor for 7 years now and have guided my students towards a variety of different achievements and goals.
I currently have a 4.0 GPA and have taken and am qualified to tutor students in all of the courses listed: arithmetic, algebra, trigonometry, geometry, pre-calculus, calculus (AP, I, II, and III), statistics (AP), linear algebra, and many theory based courses.
I strongly support the idea that learning is interactive and filled with discussion! I believe that the why and the how in math are extremely important, and that helping students understand the purpose behind what they are doing will create stronger connections in their problem-solving process.
