I help students understand difficult subjects, get through challenging assignments, improve their grades, and become more confident in their ability to learn and solve problems.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer and Software Architect with more than 30 years of real-world professional experience in computers, software, engineering, math, science, and technology. Throughout my career, I’ve also spent considerable time mentoring and helping others understand complicated technical concepts.

My tutoring is centered on the individual student. If you're struggling with homework, falling behind in a class, preparing for a test, working through a difficult project, or simply have a subject that isn't making sense, we'll identify where you're getting stuck and work through it together.

I can help with programming and computer science, math, science, STEM, computers, technology, and artificial intelligence. I especially enjoy helping students who may feel frustrated or overwhelmed by a subject. I break problems into clear, manageable steps and can explain the same concept in different ways until we find the approach that works for you.

My goal isn't simply to help you finish tonight's assignment. I want you to understand what you're doing, develop stronger problem-solving skills, and become more confident handling the next assignment on your own.

After more than three decades of applying technical subjects professionally, I can also show students how the things they're learning are actually used in the real world.
