My name is Sami Giancana and I have a masters in special education and hold an Arizona special education teaching certificate. Before becoming a teacher, I was a biological archaeologist. My passion is teaching students of all ages and have expertise teaching and tutoring, English writing, math, science and social studies. I particularly love, teaching, writing and science. As a special educator, I’ve worked with a variety of learners and believe that education should be tailored to each individual student.

To Whom It May Concern: I have been tutoring children since I was a freshman in high school [14 years ago]. I was homeschooled and trained in the Montessori method early on, and I grew up in a family with six other siblings. I have babysat since I was old enough to no longer need babysitting of my own.
