What I enjoy most about education is watching a childs growth in academics. All students learn at a different pace. Children will grow once they feel liked and are confident in the person teaching them.

I am a professional mechanical engineer who graduated with a master's from ASU. I loved every bit of learning I did up to here. And teaching allows me to revisit it. My approach is simple. I try to figure out the student's weakness concerning the concept he/she is trying to learn and help them overcome it. Once they gain confidence they will follow their class and start acing their tests.

Not only do we travel to our students when necessary, we inspire them using curriculum choices which work best for them. We even write curriculum especially for each student which is geared for individual interests and needs. Our teacher/mentors are graduates and hired because of their positive influence on students.
