I have a Bachelors degree in sustainability which means that I have had extensive experience communicating science ideas to non-scientists unlike most biology or pure science majors. I have also taught for one year and worked as a tutor in classrooms which means that I know what teachers expect and the best methods for individualizing instruction. I love teaching and I never give up helping students grow and build their understanding. I have worked with students coming from difficult circumstances including learning English as a second language, and having learning and behavioral disabilities so no amount of difficulty can dissuade me!
