Hi, I’m Derek, and I’ve been passionate about math for as long as I can remember. I have a Bachelor's degree and have earned straight A’s in every math class from elementary school through college; including algebra, calculus, and beyond.
Now I use that strong foundation to help students who are struggling or just want to get ahead. I understand that algebra can be challenging, but I also know how to break it down in a way that makes sense. I focus on building understanding, not just memorizing formulas, so students feel confident and prepared for tests, homework, and future math courses.
