I am a current NAU student studying to become a mathematics teacher and offer math tutoring for middle and high school students. As part of my teacher preparation, I have taught in three local classrooms, working with 6th grade, 8th grade, and freshman-level students. These experiences have helped me support students with different learning styles and needs. I believe learning is a collaborative process, and my students and I learn together through discussion and problem-solving. I focus on creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. My goal is to help students build confidence, improve their math skills, and develop a positive relationship with learning.
