About
As a Physics Major minoring in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Spanish at the University of Arizona, Tucson, I offer a personalized, bilingual tutoring experience that can adapt to suit any student's needs up to the college level. Mathematics and Physics are especially familiar to me and I can teach through General Chemistry as well from my college experience. Having been helping students of many ages for years, I can break a concept down to its roots and teach at low levels all the way up to a University level discussion of Mathematics and Physics.
I love helping others understand these subjects that I myself enjoy learning. Physics and Mathematics go hand-in-hand, and though I learn at the University level, helping students to grow and understand these subjects at any level is my aim. Physics is the study of the world around us, and I want others to understand it too and see Math and Science the way I do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I look at how a studemt currently understands a subject, before starting there and building upon what they already know. I like to start with the basic concepts surrounding why we think about certain topics in the ways we do, and then building into applications and the formulas from that point. From my experience, layong down a conceptual groundwork leads to improved understanding of a subject and better performance in the classroom.
