I am currently a Junior in high school and currently I am taking AP Calculus. I have always been good in math and have helped some friends with Algebra 2 in the past. I have a passion for math and would love to be able to help others :)
I enjoy being able to leave an impact and help others understand the math that I love.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In the past, people usually ask me for help on certain problems. However, I can go over broad concepts or specific steps to different problems :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am still in high school, but I have passed Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and am currently taking AP Calculus AB.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I think $15-$20 an hour would be great, but students can negotiate a price.
How did you get started teaching?
My classmates have often asked me in the past to help with problems and how to solve them, and I usually get good feedback after helping them. I figured I might as well use something I'm good at outside of school.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students that are on par with my education, and even below. My siblings are in elementary and ask for my help all the time.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should always ask themselves what their strengths and weaknesses are. It makes it easier for the students to understand their mistakes and for teachers to be able to help tutor.
